A small rest area near Rio Grande Blvd at Montaño Bridge creates an entry to a ditch side trail that joins several other paths and link to a pedestrian bridge over the east riverside drain.

Directions: Access is from the open space parking lot at
Los Poblanos fields (east of the river) or the new open space parking lot at the southwest corner
of Montaño and the river. Walk west on Montaño to the trailhead and small rest areas from Los Poblanos fields
or east on Montaño from the parking lot on Montaño southwest.
