The lack of
bridges over the Riverside Drains presents obstacles to equestrians as
well as other people enjoying the Bosque trails. The bridge illustrates
an attractive, yet simple, drain crossing for non-motorized vehicles.
Such bridges provide safe access and egress into the Bosque and inhibit
erosion created by non-authorized drain crossings.
