The Rio Grande Restoration site is a fine example of bosque restoration, as well as community volunteer restoration coordination with a public agency. The area has had all exotic understory species removed and several successful pole plantings. Trail access to the river and benches with river views has also been constructed.

Directions: Drive 0.5 miles south on levee road along the west side of Tingley (east side of river) from Central Avenue. A sign marks the entrance to this site.
